August 16th is ‘Tell a Joke’ Day.
A joke is short, humorous tale or story in which the funniness culminates in the final sentence, called the punchline. In fact, the main condition of being a joke is that the tension should reach it’s highest level at the very end. Does our joke meet the definition?
