Earl joined his wife Colleen at Quenzel & Associates, Inc. in September 2005 to lead marketing strategy, creative and marketing campaign ROI performance tracking for the agency's growing list of clients. In this role, Earl leads the agency's marketing teams that serve its clients new customer acquisition marketing campaigns, customer optimization marketing campaigns, customer relationship marketing campaigns, customer retention marketing campaigns, and customer loyalty marketing campaigns.
Prior to Quenzel & Associates, Earl's reputation as an expert in turning around the marketing and marketing teams at troubled businesses, led two major airlines (TWA and Continental Airlines) to recruit him to help guide their marketing efforts and marketing teams through the deregulation of the airline industry.
His success helping both airlines make the transformation from operating in a regulated business world to winning in a highly competitive marketing environment led to the leading telecom brand (AT&T) recruiting Earl to help guide their marketing efforts and marketing teams through the deregulation of the telecom industry.
Between gigs in the airline and telecom industries, Earl's reputation as an expert in start-ups, led two venture capital groups backing two travel brands (The Travel Channel in 1988 and Priceline-Europe.com in 2000) to recruit Earl to successfully lead the marketing and sales teams responsible for developing and successfully launching those businesses.
